Stephanie Cumley, PHR, SHRM-CP

Stephanie Cumley joined TPC in 2017 as an HR Advisor. She has more than twenty years of experience in Human Resources, including seventeen years as a practitioner and almost five years as an HR consultant. She has worked in various industries including banking, manufacturing, and engineering and has provided consulting services to a range of employers such as medical providers, non-profits, restaurants, manufacturing, among others.

Stephanie graduated from Missouri State University (MSU) with a Bachelor’s degree and continued her education by completing the Human Resources Certificate Program through the Management Development Institute at MSU. She holds her SHRM-SCP Certification with the Society of Human Resource Management as well as her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification with the Human Resource Certification Institute. Her focus is to help clients become compliant with employment law regulations and to provide strategic support to help clients meet their business objectives.

Kayla Thomas, SHRM-SCP, MS

Kayla Thomas (also answers to Kay) joined the TPC team as a payroll intern in 2016 and worked her way up the ladder to HR Advisor. Prior to coming to TPC, she worked in the academic industry as an HR Graduate Teaching Assistant and in the retail industry as a Sales Lead Manager. In her current role, she most enjoys helping clients streamline their processes and accomplish their HR goals. She’s thrilled to be part of the team that provides the best payroll, timekeeping, and HR needs in the business.

Kayla graduated from Missouri Southern State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting, Business Management, and Human Resource Management. She holds a Master's in Human Resource Development with an emphasis in Management and Consulting from Pittsburg State University. Additionally, Kayla is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional and a Certified DISC Communication Consultant.

Angelique O’Bryan, MBA, SPHR

Angelique O’Bryan (also answers to AO) joined TPC Vision in 2019, bringing 17 years of successful experience in HR and business strategy to the ranks. Angelique holds an MBA in Leadership & Ethics as well as a BS in Organizational Management from John Brown University, in addition to her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification with the Human Resource Certification Institute.

A self-described idea hound, serial innovator, and proponent of strong female leadership, Angelique has also founded or co-founded multiple business concepts. One of the things she loves most about TPC is the company’s ever-evolving, innovative and forward-thinking approach to ensure it remains an industry and thought leader for business solutions, something that highly complements her entrepreneurial mindset.

Angelique loves exploring the link between company culture/environment and organizational effectiveness, believing that a company must always be innovating in the HR realm in order to stay ahead of the competition.
