Justin joined TPC in 2018 as an HCM Advisor, bringing his more than ten years of experience in the industry to the company. He describes TPC as a boutique-style organization that provides national-level service. Justin has a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and enjoys many aspects of the local area, most notably Boulevard beer and barbeque.

RJ hails from a small town in western Kansas called Copeland with a population of 150. He brings those small-town values of hard work, dedication, and relationship-building to TPC. As a newer member of the TPC team, he is excited about the positive feedback from clients and the company-wide commitment to customer service that TPC provides. RJ graduated from Pittsburgh State University with a science degree in biology. He has spent over 15 years in sales, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry.

His wife Sarah and he have two kids: Jackson and Addison. They stay busy with Addison’s competitive swimming and Jackson’s participation in a national baseball team. His family also includes two dogs: Sadie and Boomer. When there is precious downtime, he spends time outdoors hunting and fishing.

Grant has been an HCM Advisor with TPC since 2020 and loves working with his clients to solve their business problems. Originally from Mexico, MO, he graduated with a degree in Business Administration from William Jewell in Liberty, MO. Prior to joining TPC, he served clients in the financial industry as well as the staffing industry. Grant gets energized knowing that his clients are now happier working with TPC than ever. He takes great pride in their referrals and testimonials, knowing he’s helped relieve stress, streamlined processes, and made their lives easier.

From Lee’s Summit, MO, Grant has a son, Dylan, who is attending K-State. He cheers on the Kansas City Chiefs and the KC Royals when he's not working. An avid outdoorsman, Grant loves skiing in the winter and spending summers on his boat. In fact, one of his personal goals is the completion of construction on beachfront property in Belize.
