Austin joined TPC in 2021 and is an HCM Advisor with a passion for helping clients untangle their payroll and HR challenges and benefit from implementing a new smooth and seamless process. It’s especially rewarding for him to be able to help streamline payroll processes for clients in a way that saves them a lot of time and relieves the headaches from administrative tasks. Originally from Springfield, Austin is a graduate of Kickapoo High School and Missouri State University. One of his favorite aspects of his job is the loyalty of long-time TPC clients who have become friends.
When he’s not working, Austin can be found fishing (ask him about his time as a competitive fisherman!), hanging out at Table Rock Lake or enjoying the incredible golf scene in the Ozarks. He’s a huge fan of Chiefs football and an all-around great guy who is passionate about solving problems and building relationships.
