Nicholas Bryan Polk (also answers to Nick) joined the TPC team in 2013 as an HCM Advisor, having previously worked in insurance. He takes great pride in being a part of a company that is dedicated to serving the needs of local businesses—one that doesn’t just solve problems, but also leads and educates. Helping people is Nicholas’s favorite part of the job.
Nicholas is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations. He serves on the Board of Directors for Central Arkansas Human Resource Association (CAHRA) and is a member of the Rotary Club of Little Rock. Nicholas maintains that Arkansas is one of the most beautiful states in the country, filled with great family-oriented communities. More than that, it’s a place he and his wife and their three golden-doodles are proud to call home.

Erik Mitchell joined TPC as a Human Capital Management Advisor in 2017, and absolutely loves his job. More specifically, the people he gets to meet across a slew of industries and specialties, and the customized solutions he and TPC provide to help businesses maximize their efficiency. He especially enjoys bringing the resources afforded by national companies to the local level, personalizing not only TPC’s service but providing clients with an on-the-ground understanding of their challenges, goals, and needs.
Erik has a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting and is a member and event chair of the Little Rock Hat Club, a member of the Delta Waterfowl Committee, on the Board of Directors of the North Little Rock Chamber of Young Professionals, a member of the Central Arkansas Human Resources Association, and a member of the Human Resources Management Association. Originally from a small town in south Arkansas, Erik loves the Little Rock area for its restaurants, entertainment, outdoor activities that he gets to enjoy with his wife and their mini goldendoodle.
