Kayla Thomas, SHRM-SCP, MS
Kayla Thomas joined the TPC team in 2016 and has since worked her way up the ladder to HR Advisor. In her current role, she most enjoys helping clients streamline their processes and accomplish their HR goals. She is a firm believer in continuous learning, and that is why she loves working as an HR Advisor with clients from numerous industries. She’s thrilled to be part of the team that provides the best payroll, timekeeping, and HR needs in the business.Kayla graduated from Missouri Southern State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting, Business Management, and Human Resource Management. She holds a Master's in Human Resource Development with an emphasis in Management and Consulting from Pittsburg State University. Additionally, Kayla is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional and a Certified DISC Communication Consultant.
Kayla is a strategic thinker and problem solver, always looking for innovative solutions to complex HR challenges. Her areas of expertise include employee relations, employment law, training and development, and performance management. She is skilled in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing coaching and guidance to executives. In her free time, Kayla works as an Adjunct Professor at Pittsburg State University and teaches courses in Employment Law and Organizational Staffing. She enjoys volunteering for the HRD Advisory Council and The Victim Center. Overall, Kayla’s extensive knowledge and experience in HR, combined with her strong interpersonal skills and commitment to making a difference, make her a valuable asset to her clients.
Kylee Miller, PHR, SHRM-CP
Kylee joined TPC in March 2022 with over 17 years of professional human resource experience. She is a proven leader in managing human resource strategy and operations on a national scale and has demonstrated success in effectively partnering with organizational leadership, translating current and future business needs into an overall integrated HR plan to bring about positive change. She is a passionate and proven advocate for enhancing and preserving company culture by promoting employee engagement, career development, talent management, and rewards and recognition. She is also a certified facilitator of CCL 360-feedback suites and Arbinger's Outward Mindset. She has in-depth experience counseling leaders and employees, investigating employee complaints, and working to identify and resolve issues while maintaining a balance as an advocate for both employees and employers. She gained her experience by working in various industries, including organizations that develop digital technology platforms for end-to-end service, a global retail supply chain, and a private college specializing in healthcare education. She is well versed in creating HR strategy, leading HR teams, and providing oversight for all areas supported by Human Resources.Kylee earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kansas University and holds professional certifications in human resources from HRCI and SHRM (PHR and SHRM-CP). She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Molly Wild
Molly joined the TPC team as an HR Generalist in early 2023 with over four years of professional human resource experience. Her expertise spans the entire spectrum of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and diversity and inclusion. She is particularly passionate about designing and executing HR initiatives that align with the organization's broader business goals and foster a thriving workplace environment.Molly is a strategic thinker and problem solver who enjoys finding innovative solutions to complex HR challenges while preserving and enhancing positive and inclusive company culture that reflects the organization's values and mission in every aspect of her work.
Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Management, Human Resource Management, and Marketing and is committed to staying current with the latest trends and best practices in HR. She is dedicated to making a meaningful and lasting impact on the industry and is eager to continue expanding her knowledge and skills in the field of HR.
Crystal Tavares
Crystal Tavares graduated from Liberty University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. She holds a professional certification in human resources from HRCI and regularly attends human resource trainings to build upon her knowledge of best practices and industry trends.Crystal previously worked as a Human Resources Manager to support leadership and employees within the pharmaceutical industry. In 2019, she entered into a valuable partnership with the TPC Vision team and began to rebuild her company’s HR department from the ground up. The Vision team supported Crystal’s efforts to develop and implement strategic HR policies, comply with the ADA interactive process, improve company culture, conduct internal investigations, develop seamless recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, and perform RIF procedures due to business closure.
In 2021, Crystal joined TPC Vision as an HR Generalist and began contributing client-specific human resource content in alignment with Vision’s suite of HR Managed Services. Crystal is passionate about proactively developing human resource processes and content to guide clients navigating complex HR issues and contribute to the overall success of their HR departments.
